Polytechnic Preparatory Country Day School is located on a 25-acre campus at 92nd Street and 7th Avenue.

High School of Telecommunication Arts and Technology opened in 1986 in the building formerly occupied by Bay Ridge High School, which closed the year before. It is located at 4th Avenue and 67th Street in Bay Ridge.

Xaverian High School is located at Shore Road and 71st Street, overlooking Lower New York Bay. It is the successor to St. Michael's High School.
