Golden Embers offer their clients a wide range of additional services and facilities, all of which are aimed at ensuring the wood fire experience is a successful and pleasurable one. These services include:

DESIGN SERVICE: Golden Embers are able to assist clients with product and restaurant design. All work is carried out on CAD systems and concepts and drawings are prepared by a range of expert consultants.

MARKETING SERVICES: Golden Embers staff includes marketing professionals who are able to assist clients with all aspects of the marketing mix, including; advertising, promotion, packaging design, web site design, market research, menu design, food presentation and interior design and image consulting etc.

MENU DESIGN: Golden Embers are able to assist clients in designing and establishing menus and recipes for the wood fired equipment. Golden Embers also have access to several very experienced chefs who can be engaged to actively set up the kitchen, cooking and preparation procedures.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION: Although Golden Embers ovens can be installed by most clients without any particular difficulty, many clients choose to have a Golden Embers representative attend on site to oversee delivery and installation, particularly where the access or installation is complex or unusual. We find that many people are initially wary of handling such heavy items and seek the reassurance of having the job supervised by Golden Embers. To date no site has been found that it too difficult to achieve installation in. Golden Embers ovens have been installed by forklift, man power, helicopter, crane, block and tackle, pallet trolley, and so forth.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE: Golden Embers have several skilled trades persons on call, in addition to our own staff, to offer round the clock service and maintenance on all Golden Embers products. Many Golden Embers clients enter into a maintenance agreement (contract) with Golden Embers, thereby ensuring ongoing peace of mind, rapid response times, priority service and reduced service fees, as well as other benefits.
