The Golden Embers Story 

Golden Embers’ wood fired ovens were first manufactured in South Africa during the 1980's, principally for use by the Pizza Mania franchise chain of fast food outlets.

In 1994, with the end of economic sanctions, Golden Embers’ ovens were introduced to the world. By mid 1994 a manufacturing and distribution base had been established in Australia to supply premium products to users across Australia and South East Asia. To satisfy the diverse requirements of its clients, Golden Embers has continually expanded and diversified it’s product range, which now includes 24 variants of wood fired oven, including the unique and patented conveyor wood fired oven, tandoori ovens, char-grills, rotisseries and super domed grills.

 This strong and consistent growth has been based firmly on a marriage of technological development, market research and quality production procedures and methods. Even though Golden Embers are able to offer some of the most advanced and indeed even unique wood fired products today, the company has always managed to maintain pricing at truly affordable levels.
